VLR Community Awards 2010

Well, first of all, thank you for your patience. I've been a mixture of super busy and epically lazy the past couple of weeks so not had much of a chance to do this.

Secondly, thanks for all the votes. There was a wide range of voting on most categories and others where I could tell you who'd won it by the end of page 2!

So without further ado, here are our results!

The Most Informative and Helpful Member Award:
We had a very wide range of votes for this one, which is great to see everyone helping each other I think you'll agree but at the end of it the votes went to yours truely (Plug) so a thousand thankyou's!!

The Funniest Member Award:
This one started out close but by the end it was Beard who ran away with it. Congratulations mate!!

Best VLR Moment of 2009:
Some of these even I wasn't aware of but they sure sounded fun. Overall it was the game against the French that came top! with the SOCOM game against the dads a close second.

The Spammer:
Had to laugh at this one, started out with our winner being top but soon enough me, ejay and lloyd all crept up on him. But he managed to hold out for a win. Kudos to Blarty for stealing my award from last year!

Quote of the Year:
Loads of entries for this but our winner was this classic...

The "Loch Ness" Award:
Think this is the same as last year with Brewzter getting the award... I was hoping fan fav Beauty_Charlotte would win but sadly not as nobody gives a shit about her.

The Most Likely to end up in Jail Award:
We have a face off on this award with Nutz, Del and, after a strange turn of events, Rob all reaching top spot for the prize! You can decide between the 3 of you who gets this coveted award.

The Night Watchman Award:
This was a close one with our winner and Basque battling to the end but Hydra just edged it. Good work mate!

The 'You Make Me Sick' Award:
This wasn't close by any stretch of the imagination and for a long while it was just this man who was being voted for. Well done Nutz!

The Pablo Picasso Award:
With a range of votes spreading from rob to the recently deceased Vincent Van Gogh it was one man who broke free and pissed on his competition. Well played Blarty!!

Hax Award:
Another one of these one man shows I'm afraid but you all voted for him and its much deserved from what I've seen. Well done Semi!

The Swear Box Award:
This one was close untill the end and I didn't expect this chap to win. So congrats go to Niall!

Best Admin Award:
He won the award last year and has held off the competition long enough to defend his title. Good work and a big Thanks from all of us to Red!

Silent But Deadly:
He won this award last year as well I believe so his reputation is obviously growing, kudos Ted... wherever you may be...

The 'Johnny B' Award:
Someone will be happy not to win this lol. Instead the award goes to Nutz!

Most Embarrassing Clan-based Moment Award:
It seems CG-gate gets the most votes this year, a time best forgotten.

Bargain Boner:
And last but by no means least, our final award for best bargains found goes to Leggy
